Dyckia braunii

Obs. click on these images to see details

A very desirable wishing plant.
This is a small Cerrado dweller and difficult to be kept alive if not protect
from excessive rain during winter months.
Its scales are so tiny the plant seem to be waxed.
Fungi think of this as a most delicious thing on Earth so keep it well ventilated,
avoiding excessive wetness and well far away from any cold drizzle.

Dyckia braunii
This plant is an authentic challenge to cultivate in some humid
areas and if your area is humid and cold be prepared to
face some challenges.
I have more than 120 Dyckia species and many hybrids but nothing compares to this baby here in terms of cultivation difficulties.
If you want a hard to keep jewel that is for you, no doubt.
Now this marvel seems happy here but it took all my expertize to get it to this aspect, this happy looking.
