Dyckia lindelvaldeae, a jewel of the crown.

Dyckia lindelvaldeae

One of the most sought after of all Dyckias, this one has all the requirements a special dyckia must have. This one bears a huge amount of scales giving the impression some silver dust was sprinkled on the entire plant. It is small and an extreme sun lover.
Its seeds are very very small as the flowers and the flower stalks.
Has nothing to be bettered and it is a very nice choice to use to better some other Dyckias through crossings.
Superb, enchanting, gorgeous are adjectives that fit well on it.
Conspicuous even amid other impressive Dyckias as in this arrangement.
The red plant is an American bi-generic hybrid with no dyckia blood in it.
