Ulex europaeus known here as Tojo Ulex
This is a plague , an allien imported from the Alps area in Europe to be used as living fence to hold cattle.
It turned out to be useless as living fence e turned into a mad allien the spreads al over our altitude plains.
This plague is spiny all over, from roots to petals!

This is not a Dyckia and not even a bromediad!
It is an Eryngium.
