Dyckia reitzii rubra, two different forms.
The lower pictures show the new found form. It presents narrower leaves and the marginal Dyckia reitzii line are more conspicuous.
Both plants can be much redder than they here show to be.

These round marks are damage cause by ice!
Frosts, when severe can damage even a Dyckia reitzii which is used to the highs.
The marginal white edges are conspicuous on reitzii plants and it does help the plant to cope with the high altitude UV rays.
