Unnamed new Dyckia species from Northeast Santa Catarina.
It resisted two heavy frosts and several light ones!

Notice all the details here, the color, the white underleaves, the narrow leaves,the small spines....
All got together to make a beauty.

 

 

 

 

Dckias? We barely begun to know them!

 

The plant is clearly a Dyckia reitzii relative!!!!
See the white marginal lines.
flowers are similr to those of the reitzii.
This plant is much smaller than reitzii.
