Blue hebdingii and the faint indigo blue fabric of my field trouser.


Below; Dyckias are well equipped to survive fire, intense heat or deep cold.
Their trunks are protected by the insulation provided by left overs of old leaves.
The leaf portion adhered to the trunk takes ages to deteriorate as they get so dense they form a very effective protection against heat and cold dehydration.


Plants below are in fact one only.
These are clones resulted from crown division. These are absolutely equal!
