Dyckia reitzii rubra
If you search the picture you will see one plant on my left amid the bushes.
There is another human in the picture. Can you spot her?
She is my friend´s wife and her name is Mileide.
...and it was so cold. Right in the Spring and it was freezing cold up there by the canyon edge.
It was not supposed to be so cold at this time of the here.
My ear lobes, fingers and the tip of the nose suffered a lot.
We had many weathers in five minutes up there.
The canyon was filled with mist and the wind all of a sudden would blow roaring like a jet engine.
I was wearing those underpants that go to the ankles, thick socks and trail boots but I trembled like a reed by the wind.
This is our Brazilian fox.
It is used to get bits from the tourists so when our car passed by the fox emerged from nowhere asking for free easy meal (fox toll). ...got super special dates from Israel.
Most probably this fox had never tasted something so sweet and creamy...and expensive too.
