Dyckia ferruginea

Dyckia ferruginea
(Rusted Dyckia)
This species has individuals that present a golden hue all over the foliage.
The name comes from a rost like structure in its flower spike.

Native to Mato Grosso this rock dweller is  a rare and most beautiful Dyckia
hardly seen outside Brazil in spite of being a long known species.
