During  a Dyckia  trip to the Southernmost region in Brazil and close to

Uruguay border during May, last year,

 I came to this sigh that reads in Portuguese: WATER FOR HORSES.
Well that reminds me of the saying:

One can lead the horse to water but can´t make him drink.
