Dyckia discoides, small rare and extremely beautiful...and ready for blooming

If you have very sharp eyes, those of an eagle, you will spot a beginning of a flower stalk here.
This plant is native to Santa Catarina The Brazilian Southern State I live in.
I am in Joinville, Northeast and this beauty lives uphills in the middle Southwest, close to the border  with Rio Grande do Sul.

It was was though this beauty was a close relative to Dyckia magnifica and in fact they may be affinis plants but Dyckia discoides is some folds smaller that magnifica.
