This is Dyckia sp from Lagoão-RS X Dyckia delicata
This was not made by be but occurred not intentionally in Dr. Jones Caldas in Porto Alegre.
The two parent plants were close together and were just collected.
they bloomed and the day I visited Dr. Jones both flower stalks presented wide opened seed pods.
Dr. Jones kindly gave to me all seeds from both plants, a Dyckia delicata type and a intense red Dyckia sp from Lagoão. I mistook this plant for two years but tag is just inside the substrate and still very visible and readable.
