Dyckia speciosa. Yes, species!

Dyckia speciosa is similar to Dyckia gloriosa but the later is
larger ( twice the size) and doesn´thave this fine silver line edging the leaves and the leaves are not this stiff. Being shorter the speciosa leaves tend be stiffer and its spines are much closer to one another.
The silver underleaves contrast beautifully with the deep wine colored leaves.

The ribbon like leaved Dyckias from Santa Catarina
are fresh air in any collection. Also this deep shade of color was neve seen
in any Dyckia species before
