New! But how new?
Found close to Lagoão in Rio Grande do Sul not so far away from The delicatas home.
This lovely plant is a bit larger than the Barros Cassal Dyckia delicata but
bears some similarities and some notable differences.
The flowers are about to come by the very first time in cultivation.
Leaves are broader than the delicatas but the spines are also rubbery soft.
The general color is something to note and many thoughts come to my mind:
