This is a very complex hybrid and almost every species William Baker had in hands, and he had just a few, are here present.
It can give rise to very special hybrids and most of the Southasia modern hybrids presents its genes (Dyckia brevifolia, Dyckia dawsonii, Dyckia marnier-lapostollei, Dyckia fosteriana). Dyckia brevifolia golden glow and Dyckia Tarzan also give rise to fantastic golden spiny plants.
