Dyckia brevifolia var.subidensis is a smaller colorful plant and a most rare one.

Light green/yellow with the crown enter a bit red this is an extremely rare brevifolia. It occurs only
on a large rock that drowns into a river band of the Itajaí-açu River in Subida Apiúna in Santa Catarina. Yes, a fine reophytic species.

Here it spills out of its pot and hangs marvelously into the air.
this is a brevifolia habit as it runs out the rock crevice and spread on the bare rocks forming lovely clumps. This is a wonderful plant with a peculiar behavior.
