Dyckia encholirioides

All these pictures have Dr. Vilson Müller credits.
Dr. Vilson is an intrepid Dyckia chaser in nature. His pictures can be revealing and breathtakingly beautiful.

Dyckia encholirioides grows only very close to the sea waters.
It can not resist the music of the sea waves.
Usually, it gets salt water sprays.

A wonderful xhantic Dyckia encholirioides in the wilderness

This is a white Dyckia encholirioides found by Dr. Vilson Müller.
A rarity no one imagined to be possible to exist.

Can you spot the old plant just above the xhantic one?
Notice the huge trunk, it does look like an Aloe in Africa, isn´t it?

 Some xhantic ones...
