This is a Dyckia species native to Chapada Diamantina in Bahia.

There we can see some of the most beautiful landscapes of the whole planet.

This plant is very similar to Dyckia hebdingii which is native to Rio Grande do Sul

thousands of kilometers Souther.

The plant here is about to bloom by the very first time here in my garden.
