Dyckia excelsa after some orthophitic help....
Yesterday we had a particular warm day and at the end of the afternoon a tempest came from North and brought strong superficial wings. My plants suffered a bit and some were damaged.
Some very succulent plants crackled as glass.
We saw tiles flying high, roofs, outdoors all being carried up high by the winds.
We ´ve got 24 hours without eletricity.
The winds left a patch the crossed Joinville from west to east.
Everything is fine now. This was to remember us all we are too small and we must be happy, respect one another and never forget life is ever worthwhile.

Here in Thailand, we also have some occasional summer wind storms causing downed trees and power-lines, but not too dangerous.
ReplyDeleteWe are not used but last here Santa Catarina got two big tornados and Joinville had two this Summer. Something quite weird is happening for sure.
