No, this is not Dyckia secundifolia. This is a Dyckia hebdingii with a secundifolia behavior. Theoretically any Dyckia independent the species it belongs to can behave or turn to be a secudifolia plant.
A secundifolia plant tries to direct all its leaves to one same point.
This is very rare and it transmits this behavior through its seeds. It is a genetic variation.
