New found South Brazilian Dyckia species .
This plant comes from  the old leprosy area, Itpoã - Rio Grande do Sul and close to Porto Alegre.
This plant is a juvenile one  as the adult gets even bigger..
This was a restricted area since 1936 when the Itapoã leprosy was  set there. The idea was to segregate the ills. Sheer ignorance. All the surrounding area  became  unknown to science and native plants and animals  became  known to science a few years ago.
