Some Dyckias from Southern Brazil present this wonderful effect: the compact multileafed one.
This is not seen in the more Northern Brazilian regions Dyckia representatives.
The black spines get so conspicuous no one can miss them in such a profusion.
We have many more new and never before seen Dyckia species here in South.
We are bound to surprises in terms of new Dyckia species.
