Santa Catarina native Dyckia splendens( suggested name) just a step from booming.
This is an Autumn bloommer.
I never so highly expected  a Dyckia blooming as this species is a must have and the hardest to get. In nature this baby comes in this coloration you see (the rarest), green, sole red and red deeply silver scale coated. As the palnt is self fertile I do hope to get seeds that germinate in all these color varieties. The yellow flowers and the flower stalk is very unique. the flower stalk is very branched and these braches are thin and bended downward. The flower stalk looks like a small pine tree. The small flowers are attached to these slender branches in tho rows.
