Dyckia fosteriana nivosa from Lapa-PR X Dyckia fosteriana Marialva from Marialva-PR

This is one of most stunning dazzling Dyckias of all.
It is a small plant and resulted from crossing of two Dyckia fosteriana, varieties from different localties
in Paraná.
I am positively sure you never had your eyes upon one of it as Both parents are extremely rare and newcomers into the Dyckia world.
The Marialva regional variety is a bigger plant than the nivosa one.
This plant has not bloomed yet but it is almost certain it will do next Spring.
Notice the spines are all white, somewhat contorted and extra numerous. Notice the leaves are broader. It may be deep silver coated on deep intense red.
Some local varieties or regional varietie of Dyckia fosteriana have very narrow leaves and are all as beautiful.
Technically this can´t be claimed as a hybrid but a cultivar.
