Dyckia delicata
Delicatas are normally highly scaled plants and they endure long periods relying only on the air humidity. Silvery plants indicates they need a less umid substrate.
They eagerly use dew water and while so they change color to a drab chestnut like this one
meaning the plant is really soaked in water.
