Dyckia Richard Burton first bloom



Dyckia Liz Taylor comes from  Dyckia delicata rubra X Dyckia magnifica
It never bloomed

Its first bloom is seen here

 


Flowers are much bigger than those of both parents.
Petals are a darker shade of yellow, almost golden.
Notice how they connect to the flower stalk. This is unique.
I am crossing this beauty and making self too.
These are our national colors.

  1. The flowers look totally unique to flowers my plants has produced. The magnifica, and delicata influence is apparent!
