Dyckia goehringii

Dyckia goehringii
All in very cold morning. The upper picture the plant is drenched wet by the morning dew,
the rubra character  of the plant is revealed.
...a couple of hours late the plant already dried.

...here and below the plant is by the most appreciated sun bathing.

The white thricomes are related to  water drinking and sun protecting.
This plant is a mountain dweller and used to  hot warm days and cold nights.
The dew is formed while the plant is warm.
