Dyckia sp - Lagoão -RS

Of course this is not a valid name. It is also a complete different name.
Latin name are not so.
For a plant to have a Latin name it must have been described.
This is a new , new plant. There is no taxonomic description of this marvel up to now.
You and me we are not used to see a non described plant picture, in fact many described one you and me, we did not see any picture at all. For instance Dyckia ibiramensis ,this is valid, this is true, but where besides here have you seen a picture of the living creature?
So this here is absolutely unexpected and formalism does not know how to deal with the unexpected, does it?
So what is in this name here?

Dyckia sp means Dyckia species. It is an affirmation this is a Dyckia! Species ´cause it is a species and not any hybrid. The following name is The place where it is found in nature. RS is the initial of the State here in this case Rio Grande do Sul.
People doesn´t let anyone know the place dyckias already known come from let alone one inscribed....
This blog is tho contrary this behavior.

This plant name is a reference, a temporary one it is not even a name. It is a substitute for a code that would mean nothing to anyone but me.
