Dyckia hebdingii affinis
This is another hebdingii affinis species.
I can hardly imagine something better looking than this...
...and best of all: it is a Dyckia and not another cursed bromeliad.
It blooms and blooms... lives and lives...
Some Californian pines in Inyo Forest are among the longest living creatures on the planet.
Dyckias are also extra long lived creatures . They do not melt after blooming and
in fact they get even better looking after blooming.
