Rio Grande do Sul is the southernmost Brazilian State and it is a very
rich one in therms of native Dyckias due to its diversified geography.
some of the most beautiful Brazilian ?Dyckias are native to Rio Grand do Sul
and not just from our Central arid part.
It is about to bloom here in my garden by the very first time
and will produce resistant to cold hybrids....
This is a mountain dweller.
Needs plenty of cold in order to maintain its beauty.
I frequently snows in its habitat and frosts can be severe there.
