Joinville presents the older annual flower show of Latin America.
It is always in the middle of November when our native orchid Laelia purpurta is at bloom.
This here is a protection against the heavy or continuous rain.
If the silver scales are removed or washed away by the rain some Dyckias loose their good looks. They will be present at the SEVENTY FIRST JOINVILLE FLOWER FEST.
We shall present Dyckias as they are found in habitat to show to the visitors how they are in Nature and entice people to know them and respect them.
We Brazilian should stop preventing our citizens from knowing what we have and how beautiful a preserved nature is. This will be an invitation to the knowing a toast to the true Light.

Brazil is not so far away. Nowhere is too far away... Fly to Joinville! We have many daily flights from São Paulo to Joinville. Just a forty minutes flight from São Paulo.

Joinville is a big city in fact Santa Catarina is the only Brazilian State where the Capital is smaller than one of its cities.
Joinville is know as the City of Flowers.
We love the good food, beer and the flowers.
Joinville is also an industrial City and one of the most important cities of Brazil.
