Dyckia granmogulensis
Yes this is species, a true one but I doubt you could read this out loudly.

Serra do Santo Antônio do Itacambiraçu. Did you survive to this sound and safe? This is the name of the mountain chain from where this plant comes.

This plant is very rare and little known but it is a beautiful Dyckia.
