Of course, it is a hybrid ans what a hybrid!
Dyckia lindelvaldeae and Dyckia fosteriana From Sengés-PR
This is an only one and profs Dyckia lindelvaldea is a excellent option when
searching for a cutie little white hybrid plant.
Dyckia lindelvaldeae is not self fertile and I didn´t know that. The only seed pod that grew was the one and the only one I fertilized with Dyckia fosteriana pollen. I didn´t want to loose the opportunity to have Dycckia lindelvaldea pure seeds. The plant is absolutely gorgeous.
The try was worthwhile. It seems this hybrid will be better than both already magnific parent plants. I would be very intriguing to cross back this with the mother plant Dyckia lindelvaldeae.
It will take two more years for this baby to bloom.
