Dyckia sp from up North Rio Grande do Sul close to the Uruguai river.
The Uruguai River makes the border between Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul
on the West. This plant lives on a single spot in Rio Grande do Sul.
We know almost nothing about this beauty. It has relatively broad leaves and its spines are not as stiff as normally seen nor as soft as those of a delicata.
Its colors are unique and this is not a big beast of a plant as it is a small one.
I never bloomed in my garden and I never saw any flower...
The plant is getting used to the cultivation cares.
Everything is a trip to the unknown about this beauty but I do think this is bond to be
one of the most beautiful Southern Brazilian Dyckias.
