Dyckia Mundo

Dyckia Mundo
Dyckia marnier-lapostollei X Dyckia brevifolia from Barra do Cocho Creek

Mundo - Monde - Mondo - Mundi - Welt - World
Dyckia Mundo very first bloom. Will it be orange?
This cultivar is a show. Sturdy and harsh it is breakable as glass.
The fine dentition is a Dyckia marnier heritage.
This hybrid has an extraordinary capability of coping with
water. Yes, Water! It can stand cold rain for weeks in a roll
and it is happy all the time. It well would be a Duck Dyckia or a Dyckia Duck.
Provide drainage and it will even enjoy the continuous rain longer yet.
This characteristic was a Dyckia brevifolia heritage but here augmented.
The plant imediately gets on growing with the very first rains.
Something inside it triggers that behavior. Maybe this comes from
the marnier plant and for it come from an area with seasonal rains.
This is a very interesting hybrid that allows one to cultivate a Dyckia with
the marnier looks out in the garden.
That is an easy going Dyckia.
