New, new , new newfound new Dyckia delicata form from Tomba Bodes Hill.

This is new!!!!!!
It grows on Tomba Bodes hill in a huge vertical wall hence the name Slipping Goats Hill.
This plant is small, much smaller than a delicata type and much more compact.
Its leaves are extremely close to each other. this gives to the plants a look never seen before.

Look at those spines, they are longer than those of the delicata type form.

Bellow we see them under better illumination.
These plants are reallllllly cute!
A must have  to any Dyckia lover.

Look the populations on that wall!
There is also a wonderful red flower white cactus in there.
I was there twice recently.
I plan to get bach there to show you close of their habitat.
It is almost impossible to get close to them in there. One must be fit as a young goat!
