Dyckia fosteriana in nature!!!!! Pictured by Clenilson Souza


Yes, Dyckia fosteriana in nature in Sengès, Paraná, south in Brazil.
They look like some rare encholirium or some fancy hybrid but they are true Dyckia fosteriana!!!


See the rock and this habitat is the same as many others. Dyckias from Campo Alegre, Dyckia hebdingii, lindelvaldeae....they all live in a habitat like this one.
during most of the nights the rock surface gets humid by the condensed fresh air and this feeds the moss carpet on which Dyckia lives.
