Dyckia gastaldiana (Tres Picos)n flavissima. A rarity and a beauty!

Flavism is quite rare no matter where. It can be transitory  and induced or stable.
It always calls attention as it is super attractive .
We have found flavism, true one amid Brazilian southern Species as  brevifolia, encholirioides and now this one. Dyckia gastaldiana is under description and it is native to the upper Itajaí Valley right in between Rio do Sul and Lontras where I myself was born.
this peculiar specimen was found by Dr. Vilson Müeller, a young Brazilian  botanist who is fond of these plants.
This is also a cold resistant plant. it is used to frosts and snow.
