A blue Dyckia domfelicianensis.

Yes, differences  in between felicianensis and hebdingii are so small and subtle I may say they are the very same thing as hebdingii is a much variable plant.
I just know this is  a blue white felicianensis due to the fact I collect it myself with the one who made this finding.
In nature both species live too close together.
I feel much at easy here we have just one species, Dyckia hebdingii. 
We may say hebdingii from Nene lands, from  Lageado Roxo and so on but we can also say Dyckia hebdingii from Dom Feliciano.
Science and specially Botany, did  so many things it takes more than two devils and a clown to read them.
