Dyckia brevifolia var. subidensis



Subidensis is a natural brevifolia variety found in Subida, Santa Catarina, Brazil hence its name.
It grows close to the fast running waters of Itajaí-açu River.
It is smaller than the type form, one third of it.

Dyckia delicata is not a single species with an only one look but a Dyckia Complex . There we can find many different looks. Greens, whites, reds, golds... small, big ones. They live all close by but are found in several slopes in the area. Each presents a new look.

Without excelent light it won´t get yellow.
Now it is getting yellower by every passing day.

Dyckia reitzii rubra, two different varieties
