This is a sp Dyckia. This means a Dyckia species without name or under the process of description.
 In order to distinguish this from others I name it Dyckia from pedreira.
This means just nothing but a way for me to distinguish it from others as the plant came from
a place where rock  is removed to be used  in civil construction.

Notice the many leaves, the light purple center and 
the apical third of the leaf length is spineless.
