Described species but it is not!
The plant never produced seeds that lead us to distic plants.
Science did not take enough time and observation to get to this conclusion but any common collector around the word did. This seeds produce normal round plants and also the flowers are almost impossible to be fertilized naturally, a seed a only seeds pod is a miracle itself.
The plant is snaky and forms long trunks with many, many,many ramifications (as you can see here). this is the way the plant reproduces itself.

It's easier to fall off the horse when it is in a hurry.  
Science needs to be an expert horseman when in a hurry or when out of time to get to appropriate conclusions.
