Dyckia marnier-lapostollei var. from Southwewst Bahia

This variety of Dyckia marnier -lapostollei is so prune to fungi attacks I almost lost this for three times and it is still infected. This plant is a rarity and the one to be reported to Bahia State

The basis of its leaves can be as wide as

12 cm.

Not many of the Dyckia marnier-lapostollei seen in the USA are as wide as these.
