Dyckia alba, a rarity from Rio Grande do Sul.
Dyckia alba
Native to Pedra do Segredo, Caçapava-RS
Its name comes from the whitish wool like panicule that appears on the floral stem.
Here you can see the flower stem emerging from the canopy.

In the same way breeders have gone for smaller plants I think it would so exciting to breed huge plants with big sp. like this. So much fun!
