Normally it is seen totally green but some individuals are surprisingly attractive.
It flower is something the deserves remark.
This one was collected way up on the Northeastern Santa Catarina Uphills.
Yesterday and the day before yesterday it snowed in its habitat.
Here it is initiating a flower spike. I believe the plant feels a bit warmer here down the mountain in Joinville. Ten degrees centigrade must look as an anticipated spring to it.
